Change of use

It is not uncommon for a private person or business  to meet limitations concerning the desired use of a building or piece of land. A change of use can be the issue. Possibly the change of use you wish to establish (for instance from "Agricultural" to "Residential" or from "Retail" to "Catering") will require planning approval. Possibly dispensation can be obtained within existing planning regulations and only certain permits are required.
